How the American Reinvest Property Review Works

American Reinvest LLC reviews residential properties in Texas as a principal buyer. A website inquiry begins a property-specific review; it is not an offer, contract, appraisal, guarantee, or obligation to sell. Our goal is to understand the property, the person’s authority to act, and the practical facts before deciding whether a direct-purchase discussion makes sense.

Start with the property and your authority to act

An owner—or a person authorized by the owner—may submit the basic property information through our existing Seller Property Review form. The form asks for a reliable response method, the property address, and confirmation of authority to submit the inquiry.

Do not place Social Security numbers, bank or account information, IDs, passwords, wire instructions, medical information, tenant records, proof-of-funds documents, or confidential legal documents in the public form. If additional records become relevant, we will first explain what is needed and use an appropriate method.

We review facts before discussing possible terms

No two properties or owner situations are identical. We separate verified information from assumptions and may review public records, reported condition, occupancy, lawful access, utilities, title or authority concerns, nearby market evidence, and a preliminary repair scope. Missing or conflicting information may place the review on hold.

If the property may fit our current criteria, a member of American Reinvest may ask follow-up questions or discuss an appropriate property visit. We do not promise an offer, price, closing date, or transaction merely because an inquiry was submitted.

What we may need to understand

Depending on the property, useful facts may include:

  • who owns the property and who is authorized to make decisions;
  • whether the property is vacant, owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, inherited, or otherwise subject to possession or authority questions;
  • the known condition of the structure, major systems, additions, outbuildings, lot, utilities, access, and reported repairs;
  • whether there are known title, lien, probate, tax, HOA, survey, boundary, lease, or legal-description issues that require professional review;
  • the owner’s general goals and timing, without treating a preferred date as a guaranteed closing date; and
  • recent, reasonably comparable market evidence and the costs and risks American Reinvest would consider as a prospective principal buyer.

This is a practical screening process, not a substitute for an inspection, appraisal, survey, title commitment, legal opinion, tax advice, engineering report, or other qualified professional work.

Your options remain your choice

A direct sale is only one possible path. Depending on the property and the owner’s goals, alternatives may include keeping the property, completing selected repairs, renting it, or selling through a licensed real-estate professional. Owners may compare options and consult their own attorney, tax adviser, title company, contractor, inspector, broker, or other qualified professional before deciding.

Submitting information does not require an owner to accept an offer or continue a discussion. If American Reinvest decides not to proceed, that decision is not a conclusion about the property’s market value or another buyer’s willingness to purchase it.

What American Reinvest is—and is not

American Reinvest LLC evaluates properties as a principal buyer. Michael Barrera is a Texas-licensed sales agent acting on behalf of American Reinvest LLC in its principal-buyer capacity, not as the property owner’s broker or sales agent through this page or form. No brokerage relationship is created by a website inquiry.

American Reinvest does not provide legal, tax, title, construction, engineering, appraisal, lending, insurance, or financial advice. Any possible transaction remains subject to property-specific review, verified authority, mutually acceptable written terms, title and closing requirements, and the parties’ own decisions.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to make repairs before requesting a review?

No. Owners may begin an inquiry using the condition information they currently know. Actual condition and access still matter and may need to be verified before a decision.

Will I receive an offer after submitting the form?

Not necessarily. A submission begins a review only. American Reinvest may request more information, place the review on hold, decline, or discuss possible next steps. No offer or closing is guaranteed.

Does submitting the form authorize automated marketing?

No. The existing property-review workflow is designed for internal review. Optional SMS consent is separate and is not required to submit the property inquiry.

Can a tenant, heir, family member, or contractor submit a property?

Only an owner or someone authorized by the owner should submit an inquiry. Occupancy, family relationship, work at the property, or possession of documents does not by itself prove authority to sell.

Is American Reinvest representing me as my agent?

No. American Reinvest is evaluating the property as a possible principal buyer. Owners who want brokerage representation should separately choose and engage an appropriate licensed professional.
