They do not create a real-estate transaction, brokerage relationship, or other transaction-specific agreement. Any property transaction requires separate written documents signed by the applicable parties.

The website provides general information and a way to request a review of a property. Website content is not legal, tax, financial, lending, appraisal, inspection, or other professional advice. Consult your own qualified advisers regarding your circumstances.
Property-review requests
Submitting information does not obligate you to sell a property and does not obligate American Reinvest LLC to make an offer, enter a transaction or create a brokerage relationship. Any proposed transaction is subject to additional review, required disclosures, written terms, and signed agreements.
You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit account credentials, financial-account numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through the general website form.
Principal-buyer and license disclosure
American Reinvest LLC evaluates properties only as a principal buyer through this website. Michael Barrera is a Texas-licensed sales agent acting on behalf of American Reinvest LLC in its principal-buyer capacity, not as the seller’s broker or sales agent. No brokerage relationship is created by this website or form.
Communications
Submitting the form requests contact about that specific property inquiry; it does not authorize marketing or text messages. AMERICAN REINVEST LLC will send text messages only if you separately select the optional, unchecked non-marketing SMS consent checkbox.
SMS Terms — Customer Care Program
AMERICAN REINVEST LLC operates a recurring, low-volume, non-marketing SMS customer-care program for property owners or owner-authorized representatives who request a property review and separately opt in. Messages may acknowledge the request, ask follow-up questions about the property, answer the contact's questions, and coordinate a call or property review. Messages originate from (817) 442-3311.
You may cancel at any time by texting STOP to (817) 442-3311. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation message and no further text messages will follow. To rejoin, complete the optional SMS opt-in again on our website.
