American Reinvest LLC maintains a passive buyer list for people and entities interested in reviewing potential real estate opportunities in Texas. Joining the list does not guarantee that you will receive an opportunity, that a property will match your criteria, or that any transaction will close.
American Reinvest evaluates properties as a principal buyer. We are not offering brokerage, legal, tax, lending or investment-advisory services through this page. Every buyer remains responsible for independent diligence and professional advice appropriate to the transaction.
Step 1: Share your interest
Use the interest form to provide your name and contact information and request information about completing a buyer profile. This is a passive inquiry—not authorization for recurring property alerts, automated marketing or unrelated promotional messages.

Step 2: Define your buy box
When the structured buyer-criteria form is available, you may provide information such as:
- The legal buyer entity and the submitter's authority.
- Texas markets, counties, cities or ZIP codes of interest.
- Property types, condition ranges and acquisition strategies.
- Minimum and maximum price, price basis and rehabilitation limits.
- Cash, private/hard-money or other financing methods.
- Expected closing timeline and due-diligence requirements.
- Assignment, double-close or owned-property purchase capability.
- Exclusions that affect whether a property should be reviewed.
Protect your information: Do not submit account or routing numbers, login credentials, transaction history, Social Security numbers, dates of birth or unredacted identification. Proof-of-funds documents are not accepted through the public buyer form. If limited verification is reasonably necessary for a specific transaction, American Reinvest will identify an approved secure method.
How internal matching works
Buyer criteria may be compared with property or contract-interest information available to American Reinvest. A possible match is only an internal screening result. It is not a valuation, recommendation, reservation, financing commitment or guarantee that the opportunity will be available.
Before any opportunity is distributed, American Reinvest must separately review current communication permission, suppression status, buyer authority, proof-of-funds status when applicable, property and transaction evidence, assignment or resale authority, required disclosures and the approved recipient and channel. A match score alone never authorizes a message.
Markets and property types
Our current focus is Dallas–Fort Worth and North Texas, while some criteria may cover other Texas markets. Buyers may identify interest in single-family houses, condominiums or townhomes, duplexes through fourplexes, larger multifamily properties, lots or land, mobile or manufactured homes, commercial property or other specifically described assets. Market coverage and property availability vary, and submission does not create priority over another buyer.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must independently verify property access, physical condition, value, repairs, title, taxes, liens, occupancy, financing, insurance, assignability, closing requirements and all estimates. American Reinvest may request clarification when criteria are incomplete, inconsistent or potentially unlawful. Criteria based on protected classes or other prohibited discriminatory preferences will not be used.
Frequently asked questions
Does joining guarantee that I will receive properties?
No. Availability depends on the properties and transaction interests American Reinvest is lawfully able to evaluate or distribute, the accuracy and status of your criteria, and the required transaction and communication approvals.
Will I receive automated texts or marketing messages?
Not from submitting the buyer-interest or buyer-criteria form alone. Recurring alerts require a separate authorized channel and remain subject to STOP, DND, wrong-number, complaint and suppression controls.
Do I need proof of funds to join?
You may state your current proof-of-funds status, but do not upload financial documents through the public form. Verification may be requested later through an approved secure process when relevant to a specific opportunity.
Can I submit more than one buy box?
Yes. Distinct criteria should be retained as separate records so a later submission does not overwrite the history of an earlier one. Each record remains subject to review and is not automatically eligible for distribution.
Does American Reinvest represent buyers or sellers?
No brokerage relationship is created by this page or its forms. American Reinvest LLC evaluates properties and transaction interests in its principal-buyer capacity.
